First, we discuss the type of art, number of characters, etc., and I give you a price quote. If it exceeds your budget, I'll try to suggest alternative options. Then I draw a colored sketch for your approval – once you approve it, I ask for payment.

There are three payment options:

Full payment – one complete payment for the art. BUT for large sums, I insist on split payments.

2 installments – 40% upfront, and the remaining 60% once the art is finished. For very large amounts, payments may be split into more parts.

If you act in bad faith – for example, receiving the colored sketch and then refusing to pay – this will result in an immediate ban.

I send periodic progress updates where you can request changes (I usually don't charge extra for this, but if you ask for a massive overhaul, I will charge an additional fee!)

Once the art is fully finished, I send it to you for final approval and wait for any last edits – then I send a Google Drive link where you can download it in high quality!

I usually delete files from Google Drive 1 month after sending the link to free up storage – please make sure you download everything you need within that time.

I have the right to post the work with watermarks and usually tag the recipient in the comments. If you'd prefer not to be mentioned, please let me know.

The deadline may vary depending on the type of art and primarily depends on my energy and availability – so please be patient. I'm always reachable and usually reply within 24 hours (I might be sleeping or offline). Deadlines typically range from 1 day to 3 months – I'd really appreciate it if you don't rush me, I'm already giving my best to make high-quality pieces. Thank you for understanding ^^

If you're introverted or busy, you can reply to my messages with simple emojis so I know you're happy with everything and I can keep working.

You may use the art for anything non-commercial (personal prints, reference use, etc.). Otherwise, commercial use = double the price or an additional fee (see the "Commercial Use" section for details).

Clients may not resell the artwork claiming they created it; use it for AI training; create NFTs or similar; or use it commercially without paying the appropriate license fee, etc.

No refunds will be given under any circumstances! That's why I insist on split payments – for both your safety and mine. Even if it takes blood, sweat, and tears, I will finish the work. However, if something happens to me (we're not immortal – today I'm fine, tomorrow I could break my arm, God forbid), I want to make sure you're not left cheated either!
